Make sure you have already installed the printer driver. For bit versions of Mac OS X, you must launch the Adobe application in bit mode to run the plug-in. To do this, select the Open in bit mode checkbox from the application's Get Info menu for more information, see the Adobe website.
You will see the Epson Print Plug-In dialog and be asked if you want to transfer only selected or all images. Make your selection and click OK.

How do I install a scanner color profile for use with Epson Scan? - Computer Peripherals
The really frustrating part of this problem is that about 2 years ago, I successfully installed several color profiles into "Epson Scan". Color Management settings for both the printer and Epson Expression 800 Scanner ICM Color Profile Module set appropriately; no dual color management enabled: Scanned images P handling color management above; LR managing color below The printer managed version is obviously way off probably because the P was using the closest built in color profile, that for the Epson Luster paper. I've had good luck with Moab Lasal profiles before, but perhaps the ones for the P and Moab Exhibition Luster aren't correct.
Of course, you make sure that LR does not manage color in this situation. The result will look close to the print made with LR managing color, suggesting a problem with the profile, or it will not, suggesting a workflow problem. This is, of course, a test procedure to help isolate the problem, not a challenge to alter your regular workflow.

Ignore the challenge from others to do otherwise Printer Manages! Start with a color reference image like this lots of memory colors, neutrals etc: Print with profile in LR and evaluate the output. Under a good illuminant, hopefully next to the display but without affecting itthen calibrate the display for a visual match following this video: The scanned colors differ from the original colors.
What should I do? Make sure to enable the Embed ICC Profile setting. In the File Save.
